ITG and Costa

Costa’s seasonal campaigns require a huge amount of high-quality, brand-compliant content to be created and activated across its store estate, telling a consistent and engaging story wherever customers interact. Working with ITG and our Storyteq technology means that Costa is able to deliver beautiful, agile content at speed, taking campaigns from hero concepts to channel-specific Halo content for every location.

The Challenge

Simultaneously launching Costa’s summer campaign across every store with quality, on-brand assets is an enormous undertaking. Costa needs to showcase its latest updated range, which includes everything from Costa classics to bubble frappés and iced whipped lattes. To achieve success, content needs to be delivered at speed, at scale and with precision.

Key challenges for Costa included:

Delivering key photography at pace.

Adapting hero concepts for Costa’s latest range into consistent, compliant Halo content for every channel.

Rolling out the campaign to every Costa location on time, with bespoke collateral for each.

The Solution

Costa leveraged our experienced teams, proprietary Storyteq marketing technology, and state-of-the-art Capture Studios film and photography facility to deliver a Halo of engaging, tech-enabled, agile content at pace for its summer campaign.

We took the hero concept of Costa’s creative agency, VML, in order to create and roll out Halo content across all print and digital touchpoints, including POS, social media and OOH advertising, with support from EssenceMediaCom.
