ITG and Moonpig
Joining forces in 2024, ITG supports global greeting card and gift-giving company Moonpig with campaign creation through our state-of-the-art, AI and AR-enabled Capture Studios facility. By shooting at Capture, Moonpig is able to deliver high-quality Halo content at scale, in a far shorter timescale than was previously possible for the brand.
The Challenge
For Moonpig, occasions like Father’s Day are amongst the most important to promote its brand and drive sales. However, it needs to balance the need for a huge volume of Halo content in each campaign, with the consistency and quality that its customers expect, and do it all in the shortest possible timeframe. For Father’s Day 2024, Moonpig engaged ITG to deliver a shoot, capturing imagery and video of its gift products. Key challenges included:

The Solution
In order to deliver the shoot at the pace required, without sacrificing quality, we shot Moonpig’s content in Capture Studios’ three bespoke automated photography and video suites. These automated studios enable high-volume e-commerce shoots at a far faster pace than would be possible if shooting via traditional methods, and are run by our dedicated team, committed to pushing the technology to its limits.

By combining creativity and tech expertise at Capture Studios, Moonpig was able to produce 600+ pieces of Halo content for its Father’s Day campaign from just a three-day shoot. After the success of the Father’s Day shoot, Moonpig booked in further shoots aimed at improving the gift-giving experience for its e-commerce customers.
