Environment
At ITG we take our responsibility to the environment incredibly seriously. From planting one million trees in areas severely affected by deforestation to achieving ISO 14064-1 2018 certification and setting aggressive reduction targets for our emissions, we’re proud to be doing our bit for the planet. Our efforts have been recognised by EcoVadis, who ranked us in the top 1% of businesses they assess for our environmental work.
We’re also water conscious – our water coolers save energy by shutting down each night, and more importantly have helped to save lives! Read more.

We’ve ensured that diversity and equality are central to the culture of kindness that we’ve built at ITG. Alongside a number of initiatives and incentives, we’ve created an award-winning team of Wellbeing Champions, established seven new ‘Together Groups’ in the past year to bring unique communities together within our business, and are constantly working to improve – after all, we can always do more!

We’re fully committed to running our business in a sustainable and ethical manner. As we’ve grown exponentially over recent years, we’ve expanded a number of key policies to ensure complete accountability, transparency, security and compliance across what is now a large, global group.
A key part of generating client and customer assurance in all the systems and services we provide is ensuring that confidentiality, integrity and availability is aligned to business best practice. Our compliance to the international standard ISO 27001:2022 and its associated Information Security Management System provides that external assurance, with no exemptions or exclusions.
